New Finance Grad Says Time as a 鶹AV Helped Him Develop a Mindset for Success

Meet Daniel Kwiatkowski ’21, who will be recognized as part of the University’s Virtual Winter Commencement ceremony on January 23. He is grateful for the opportunities he had to get involved in the University community, make lifelong friends, and develop the tools to succeed in a career in real estate.

Daniel Kwiatkowski ’21 says that during his time as a 鶹AV, he has had opportunities that enabled him to develop a mindset for success. He is grateful for the meaningful experiences he had in the classroom, through his internship, and as a leader in the University community.

A finance major, Kwiatkowski is, in the words of one of his professors, “a sponge for anything financially related, and an incredible student with a high degree of personal integrity.” His work on a special project for led to a paid internship last summer, during which he served as a personal banker and teller.

“I have gained tremendous leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills necessary to perform in my career,” he said. “In the classes and organizations that I have been a part of, I have fostered tremendous relationships that will prove to be invaluable in the future.”

During his sophomore year, Kwiatkowski joined the University’s Sigma Alpha Epsilon chapter, ultimately serving as the chapter’s president. He also served on the executive board of the Interfraternity Council, the governing body for four fraternities at the University.

“Joining SAE was so memorable for me because it gave me a family and a brotherhood that has truly helped me grow and excel as a person,” he said.

Kwiatkowski, who also served as a 鶹AV Ambassador for University 鶹AV, is looking ahead to studying for his real estate license. He has big plans for a career in real estate.

“I hope to start a real estate empire and create everlasting wealth for generations,” he said. “My time at the University has helped me prepare for success by giving me the tools to excel.”
