Logging Into Your University of New Haven Account

(For first time participants and password reset)

The University of New Haven has created a page specifically for Verto Participants to assist in gaining access to their accounts for the first time. Please for step-by-step instructions.

Viewing Your Bill

All billing is processed electronically through ePay, the University of New Haven’s online billing and payment system. Whenever a new bill is available, students are notified through their University of New Haven email account. Please to access your ePay account.

Instructions on accessing your billing statement in ePay can be found below:

  1. Click here to log into the University of New Haven ePay portal by entering your username and password, then click Sign In. You should have already received your username and password via email. If you did not receive this information, please contact vertoedsupport@newhaven.edu for further assistance.
  2. Select the On Demand Statement option as shown below:

Paying Your Bill
Pay Online

Set up a one-time payment through ePay. Accepted methods of payment are:

  1. Electronic Check (e-check): Requires a valid bank routing number and account number for a personal checking or savings account. There is no service fee for using e-check.
  2. Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express): Please note that credit/debit card payments are subject to a 2.95% service fee.

Pay By Mail

Payments can be mailed directly to the University. All checks should be made payable to the University of New Haven, include the student’s name and Verto student ID number, and be mailed to:

Monthly Installment Plan

This optional plan allows you to make interest-free tuition payments on a monthly basis. The cost to enroll is $50 per semester. Further information regarding the plan can be found here.

Completing Your FERPA Release Form

(Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act)

Completion of the FERPA form is required for the University of New Haven to authorize release of any type of information regarding educational records including registration, transcripts, official grades, etc. If Verto Education and the University of New Haven do not have an updated FERPA release form on file for you, both organizations will be unable to release your student account information to parents, guardians, and any other educational institution.

Students must complete a new FERPA release form at the start of each semester. You can access the form with your University of New Haven login credentials by clicking the following link:

Academic Accommodations

To submit a request for an academic accommodation, please visit the Accessibility Resources Center webpage. For new Verto Participants, you will need to submit your information under “Initial Request for Accommodations/Services” tab. Please note: If you submit a request for an accommodation it is very important to continuously check your University of New Haven email for updates and notifications for additional requirements to complete your application.

Accessing Your Transcript

Verto Education Participants can access unofficial transcripts and degree audits by logging into .

You will receive email correspondence towards the end of your Verto Education semester with instructions on how to request a copy of your official transcript.

Please note: Official transcripts are required at a channel or partner institution if you will be transferring out of the Verto Education/University of New Haven Program.

More information about requesting your official transcript can be found on our Registrar page here. Official transcripts will be sent directly to the channel school in which you are attending post-Verto experience.

Access to the University of New Haven Virtual Library

Verto Education Participants are encouraged to utilize the University of New Haven virtual library resources. To access digital copies of books, journals and more please use the link . Participants will be required to log into the portal using their University of New Haven username and password.

Additional information about the University’s library and offerings can be found on our main library webpage. Once you arrive at the , there is a section menu option in the upper left corner that will provide a full list of what is available to you. Our staff is happy to assist you with any questions, please take advantage of all benefits and programs offered through our library.
